As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will play a key role in facilitating security-related communications and coordinating response efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage radio and phone communications, dispatching patrols and support teams as needed to help to deter incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will be the central point of contact for all security-related activities, ensuring clear and timely information flow between team members. This position requires proficiency with computers and tablets, as you will monitor systems and maintain detailed records. Collaboration, customer service, and strong communication skills are essential as you work with both internal and external partners. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license in the job state is required. • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
