What You’ll Do
Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of agricultural and rural loans
Develop new relationships through on-site farm visits, networking, and community involvement
Analyze credit risk, cash flow, and collateral to structure sound, competitive loan packages
Ensure portfolio profitability, credit quality, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with an experienced support team and approachable executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in community banking, agricultural finance, or lending
Strong personal or professional background in agriculture (farm or ranch experience preferred)
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Sound judgment and attention to detail in credit analysis and customer interaction
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, ag economics, or equivalent experience
Why Join This Bank?
Strong reputation and deep relationships throughout the Barry County ag community
Supportive, team-oriented culture with exceptional employee retention
Competitive compensation, full benefits, and professional development opportunities
Real potential to grow your career within a respected, stable institution
