Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured learning and hands-on training in claims management

Shadow experienced claims professionals to learn best practices in managing workers' compensation claims

Engage in client service communications and support claims management under supervision

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred

Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel

Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
