Position Overview :

We take pride in knowing our customers and taking care of them. This position works with our current customers in handling all of their day-to-day insurance needs.
State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.
Responsibilities :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Discuss insurance coverages and answer questions from our current clients
- Process payment transactions and discuss payment and billing options
