Summary / Objective
The Senior Business System Analyst is an expert within a specific business unit while also mentoring and supporting other Business System Analysts. Responsibilities primarily focus on connecting business processes with technology systems to effectively advise Business Owners on features and functionality that create efficiencies and / or improve the member experience.
Their responsibilities also include gathering requirements and success measures for initiatives, challenging stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome are being pursued for our members and organization. They work closely with Business Owners, business units, third-party vendors, and IT teams to ensure effective project breakdown, implementation, and support. They have advanced knowledge of business analysis, KPIs, business case development, financial analysis, and systems analysis. They communicate well across all levels of the organization and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

Compensation Information :
The person hired into this position will likely earn between $85,380 and $106,725, plus annual bonus.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and / or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
