Job description

Overview

Position Title : Data & Support Analyst I

Department : Software QA

Reports to : Manager of Engineering Quality and Support

Location : Remote (With a preference for the Tulsa, OK area)

Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Data & Support analyst to diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot user reported issues within our systems. This role requires hands-on expertise with webapp support & troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve end user issues. The ideal candidate also brings some SQL knowledge to the table to help identify data related problems. As a tech startup, this role may require wearing many hats and encourages eagerness to learn new systems while we develop our support processes and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Define, analyze, and troubleshoot both internal and external end-user issues of our applications. This may include, but not be limited to environments such as databases, and webapps.
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders through ticketing systems (Such as Jira) and documenting those results
  • Proactively communicating with members of leadership when potentially critical issues arise
  • Utilize reporting tools (Excel, Jira) to track and document escalated issues

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior professional software, webapp, and / or database troubleshooting & support experience
  • Basic proficiency in SQL equivalent to at least 1 year experience to diagnose and determine potential data issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare data, HIPAA compliance, and data security best practices
  • Experience working in agile development environments with tools such as Jira
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing technology company
