Job Description
Eliot is seeking a candidate who can provide person-centered care to individuals with diverse cognitive, physical, and socioemotional needs to support their fulfillment and meaningful life. Responsibilities include providing support in transportation, appointments, activities, exercise, maintaining a clean environment, implementing ISP goals, meal planning, and socialization.
Eliot's Developmental Disabilities Division is CARF accredited, offering innovative, high-quality services that support individuals in enriching their lives, obtaining housing and employment, developing skills, and engaging in community activities while building caring relationships.
Responsibilities :
Schedule : Saturday - Sunday, 12 pm - 8 pm (16 hours)

Education
Required : High School diploma
Experience
Preferred : Experience with this specific population
Licenses & Certifications
Required : MA Driver's License
