Location : 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360

Shift : 1st shift

Sched ule : Monday to Friday / 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM

Pay Range : $22.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

Lead with Purpose and Precision

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead to support our manufacturing operations in Ozark, AL. This role combines hands-on production work with leadership responsibilities, helping guide the team and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate machinery and perform department-specific tasks as needed
• Provide daily guidance and support to department employees
• Monitor production quality and ensure materials and finished goods meet standards
• Coordinate work assignments and shift resources to meet production goals
• Support on-the-job training and ensure timely completion of training checklists
• Communicate issues to supervisors and maintenance, and help resolve problems on the floor

Work Environment & Physical Demands :

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 70 lbs . PPE provided.
