7 days on / 7 days off with advanced practice clinicians supporting the busy service. Be a part of our over 1,500 provider multispecialty group with the most comprehensive and quality focused program in the region!

No Acute Stroke Alert Responsibility! Centralized Acute Stroke team covers 24 / 7 / 365.

Sentara Neurology Specialists is the largest neurologypractice in thearea and includes fellowship-trained sub-specialists in stroke, epilepsy, neuromuscular, cognitive neurology, movement disorders, headache and multiple sclerosis. The division serves as the formal Department of Neurology for Eastern Virginia Medical School, where teaching opportunities as well as academic appointments are encouraged.
