Description : We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician Floater to join our team. Contribute to a team dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents while advancing your career!Duties / Responsibilities : Service RequestPerform, with good workmanship, all assigned projects in a timely mannerPerform as on-call emergency service technician as directedRepair / replace HVAC systems and components, gas and electric appliances, glass, wall tile, floor coverings, sub floors, fixtures, blinds, exterior building coverings, playgrounds, mailbox clusters, sidewalks, asphalt and locks etc.Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, minor extermination and carpentry work etc.Preventative maintenancefollow preventive maintenance proceduresCustomer satisfactionEnsure the completion of work requests within twenty-four (24) hoursReport all resident complaints, resident work requests, concerns and deficiencies to supervisor / site managerOther duties as assignedRequirements : Required Skills / Abilities : Mechanical aptitudeFormal training in one or more of the following trades : carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall installation or air conditioningMaintain a personal tool and equipment inventory sufficient to produce assigned quality maintenance diagnostics and any given task at any time.
