Job descriptionAt ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales. 2+ years in high-volume restaurant management Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you. Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 40+ immediate direct reports. Above-average base salary of $75 to $90K Paid Time Off Medical, dental, and vision with coverage kicking in within 30 days of start. Lucrative and attainable bonus program.
