Sourcing Analyst - Supply Chain
This position supports negotiations and monitors compliance for system-wide product and service-related information through analysis of product and contract utilization and data to formulate recommendations. The Analyst will interact with national Group Purchasing Organization (GPOs) and / or manufacturers to resolve contract-related issues; work with various sources to obtain product information; and investigate potential contracting opportunities as directed. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to analyze and comprehend large amounts of data, create basic to complex reports, charts, and graphs from various sources of healthcare information and effectively facilitate discussions with decision-making bodies.
Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required : Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analysis experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of clinical operations is preferred. Skill in the use of computers and related software applications. Verbal and written communication skills. Skill in interacting diplomatically with persons of various educational, social, and cultural backgrounds. Analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills. Project management skills. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative working relationships. Ability to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and implement measures to improve process flow.
