JCC Greater Boston in Newton, MA, is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Certified Toddler Teacher to join our team. This full-time, salaried position provides an opportunity to work with students of all ages and backgrounds, with a focus on a positive, nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth. The salary range is $47,940.00 / yr - $53,040.00 / yr. The final offer will reflect the scope of the position, candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and take risks
• Maintain full responsibility for the smooth running of the classroom
• In partnership with Early Learning Center Directors and peers, co-create a collaborative, dynamic, positive, and innovative classroom culture
• Work with JCC leadership and other departments to support organizational goals and model JCC values
• Partner and communicate with families to ensure the best care and education for the children
• Design and implement curriculum
• Complete observations and document assessments regarding children's progress
• Adhere to all EEC regulations as well as NAEYC guidelines
