Valid driver's license & insurance. - Common diagnosis / Types of patients / patient demographics : Disease management, Wound Care, Medications. - Experience or 'Must have' skills : EPIC RemoteClient EMR experience. Ability to work independently to manage patient load, communicate with team, and provide great patient care skills. Home health and wound vac experience preferred. - How many patients do they see per day? Do you require travelers to do 'start of care', recerts, daily visits? : 5-6 patients per day. - Do you staff Home Health / Hospice Aids? : N / A - Shifts & Scheduling : 8hr shifts - M-F 8-4 : 30. - Weekend Requirements : N / A - Holiday Requirements : N / A - Is there a call or standby requirement? : N / A - Floating Requirements : N / A - Scrub Color / Dress Code : No specific scrub color. - Unit / Department specific orientation : 2 week combination of preceptor / class / online
