GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Service Technician position is responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance of residential softener and / or water treatment systems for Franklin Water Treatment customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System.
• Follow detailed service instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Meets daily service schedule as assigned.
• Uses available parts to assemble various water treatment equipment or kits according to operating instructions.
• Safely operate the assigned Service vehicle.
• Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and organized Service vehicle appropriately supplied with the proper tools and parts.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
