Position Responsibilities :

• Assist in overseeing the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records, preparing journal entries, and the month-end and year-end close process
• Maintain and perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP, such as credit card receivables, cash, other assets and liabilities, etc.
• Consistently review schedules for unusual items or potential aged items and perform investigation and research to determine proper accounting treatment
• Assist in day-to-day accounting, ad-hoc tasks, and special projects as needed
• Working cross functionally within accounting and other operational teams to ensure data quality and consistency
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal control documentation in compliance with SOX
• Streamline financial reporting processes to meet evolving business needs
• Support and assist Inventory, Accounts Payable, Customer Service as needed
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
