BCTG's direct client is looking for a Application Integration Lead to be onsite 3 days per week in Bridgewater, NJ.
MUST HAVES :

- Work with business, understand requirements, turn into technical specifications, then share with build team

Key Responsibilities :
Lead design, development, and implementation of application integration solutions across Saleforce, SAP S / 4HANA, Ariba, and SAP BTP.Collaborate with cross-functional teams internal and external to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications .Architect and oversee integrations using MuleSoft, AWS services, and SAP BTP for scalable and secure data exchange.Able to understand API payload structures , API authentications etcCreate and maintain integration architecture diagrams, documentation, and reports.Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and deployment.Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for efficiency.Facilitate communication through regular meetings, updates, and collaboration tools like Slack.Escalate critical issues and risks to leadership for proactive resolution.Continuously review and mitigate risks and issues related to application integration.Drive innovation by exploring new integration technologies and best practices.Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience leading application integration projects with SAP S / 4HANA, Ariba, and SAP BTP.Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, AWS cloud services, and SAP Business Technology Platform.Have Supply chain experience - understanding the buy sell and subcontracting models .Knowledge of enterprise architecture, middleware, and API management.Familiarity with SAP terms such as PO, goods receipt, materials, batches, raw materials.Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GXP, GMP) is a plus.Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and supply chain integrations.MUST be onsite in Raritan, NJ 2-3 days per week.
