Title : Cath Lab Tech

Location : Greenwood, SC

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (07 : 30 - 16 : 00), Call once a week every 3rd week, weekend coverage every third

Required Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab environment

Prior experience with EPIC charting system

Must be licensed in South Carolina prior to start

Previous travel experience preferred

Call and weekend coverage required (every 3rd week)

Required Certifications :

BLS

ACLS

ARRT (R, CI, VI) or CCI RCIS

Preferred Certifications : \nARRT CI, ARRT VI, CCI RCIS (if not primary)\nKey Skills & Procedural Experience : \nDiagnostic & Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab procedures\nIABP placement / removal\nPCI, PTCA, TAVR / TAVI\nImpella insertion\nScrubbing, circulating, monitoring\nEquipment setup and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias\nUse of Philips, Fluoroscopy, and Ultrasound equipment\nSterile technique and infection control\nRenal and carotid angiography\nAortography, stent placement, embolization\nCentral venous access, dialysis graft interventions\nEVAR, TEVAR, thrombolysis / thrombectomy\n\nWork Setting : \nDiagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab\nSpecial procedures and vascular studies\nAdult and geriatric patient population\nDaily census : 10\nUnit has 3 procedure rooms\nPatient Ratios : 1 : 5 (Day shift)\nCall : Yes – once weekly every 3rd week\nWeekend : Every third weekend (when on call)
