Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to personnel, supply, delivery, and weather
• Delegate projects and individual responsibilities to crew members and contractors
• Act as a manager to employees and contractors, while also providing mentorship and training
• Assist in the recruitment of various positions in the production department
• Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules and deadlines, laws, regulations, best practices on the job, and safety needs
• Generate and manage project budgets and quality standards for all work sites
• Coordinate orders and delivery schedules of all equipment needed for the project
• Communicate with subcontractors their overall responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe project site and holding them accountable
