Summary : Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator, based in New York, for our growing marketing team. We are searching for a candidate who can manage the successful execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives and ongoing projects for our Major League Baseball (MLB) portfolio. This is a high-visibility role for a marketer with a deep understanding of sports fandom and a drive for executional excellence.

As part of the Brand & Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing integrated campaigns and collaborating across functions to deliver best-in-class marketing. This role is best suited for a marketer who thrives on getting things done with a strong bias toward execution and delivery.

What you will be doing...

• You will be the eyes, ears, and voice of current and future collectors, applying an understanding of insights and demographics to develop and influence marketing programs.
• You will assist in drafting clear, strategic marketing briefs and provide actionable feedback to ensure final deliverables align with objectives and meet quality standards.
• To ensure that all necessary approvals are secured and coordinate phased distribution to relevant stakeholders, you will request, manage, and organize assets.
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation and adhere to established processes and procedures with a strong attention to detail.
• Supporting multiple partnerships with external organizations and execute deliverables.
• Focus on supporting team's youth marketing initiative to drive awareness and engagement on local and national levels.
• Ensuring all marketing efforts are implemented, following appropriate guidelines.
• Embracing the Marketing standards - sense of urgency, innovation, calculated risk-taking, and integrity - and leading by example

What will you bring...

The salary range for this position is $58,000-$68,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a new model and vision for the hobby, fundamentally changing the experience for current and future collectors, leagues, and players across many U.S. and international professional and college sports. The organization has long-term, exclusive rights to design, manufacture and distribute trading cards for several sports and entertainment properties, including MLB, MLBPA, the Premier League, MLS, UFC, Formula 1 as well as Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars, among others.
