Diesel Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Watertown, NY. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related components in a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components, such as fuel systems, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure vehicles and equipment are in proper working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Compensation :

$25 - $40 / hr. plus benefits including Dental, Vision, Health, and 401k.

Shift : Days, 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM Monday – Friday or 4x10 Tuesday - Friday 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM.

You will be subjected to a pre-employment check, including a criminal record check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.
