Opportunity : RN - Pediatrics Job Details : - Work in the Children's Hospital Float Pool (CHFP) trained to work in all pediatric areas of the hospital - Float assignments include Neonatal ICU (NICU), Pediatric ICU (PICU), General Pediatric floors, Postpartum mother / baby, and Pediatric Emergency Department - Receive shift assignments from Centralized Nursing Staffing Office or CHFP Nurse Manager / Assistant Nurse Manager - Assignments may change based on patient and staffing needs - Care for patients 0-21 years of age with various conditions including prematurity, respiratory illness, trauma, sepsis, surgical interventions, neurological disorders, complex medical / surgical needs, and diabetic ketoacidosis - Epic experience required - Navy blue scrubs required - Local candidates from certain ineligible counties are not being accepted as of 1 / 11 / 2024 Facility : This medical center features a comprehensive children's hospital with specialized pediatric units including a Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU, general pediatric floors, postpartum services, and pediatric emergency department.
