We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Cornelius, North Carolina. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with businesses, promoting exclusive wireless solutions, and driving customer success. This is a long-term contract opportunity in the telecom services industry, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct 30–50 outbound calls daily to engage with businesses across various industries, including insurance, automotive, logistics, and delivery operations.
  • Present and promote exclusive wireless rate plans and mobility solutions from major carriers to decision-makers.
  • Identify and evaluate leads, ensuring they meet criteria for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team to close deals with prospects who meet the necessary criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and progress using company-provided tools and systems.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for outreach and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.
  • Address connectivity issues and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound or inside sales, with a preference for candidates with a background in the wireless or telecom industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage business owners and decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume calling and outreach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in email correspondence and navigating multiple web browsers simultaneously.
  • A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience with outbound marketing or pitching ideas to clients is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of telecom or technology solutions is a plus, though training will be provided.
