A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, OEM to lead product development efforts in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Solving challenges and opportunities across a diverse set of VPP experiences through OEM partners

Driving a cross-functional team to execute the product roadmap while balancing impact and customer experiences

Launching and landing OEM features that enhance virtual power plants in the US

Required Qualifications

6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the B2B energy or OEM space

Experience managing product discovery, roadmaps, and execution

Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing

Experience developing products in the energy or connected home industries

Desire to engage with a variety of partners to gain insights and drive product development
