We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full Time, Overnight Grossing Technician at our NY Pathology Lab in Pearl River, NY .

About the Role :

The Grossing Technician plays a crucial role in the pathology lab by preparing and processing tissue specimens for diagnostic examination. This position ensures that all specimens are accurately grossed, documented, and preserved according to established protocols, which is vital for accurate diagnosis and patient care. The technician will work closely with pathologists and other laboratory staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in specimen handling. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines are essential to prevent contamination and ensure the integrity of samples. Ultimately, the Grossing Technician contributes significantly to the overall success of the laboratory in delivering timely and accurate results to healthcare providers.

Schedule : Full Time, Overnight, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00pm-4 : 00am. This shift includes a 10% shift pay differential after 9 : 00pm!
