Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury associate professionals to drive revenue through speed to market, deepening relationships, and excellent client experience
• Provide leadership and coordination to build successful internal and external relationships
• Direct client interaction focused on client experience
• Deliver training from new hire matriculation, ongoing mentoring / coaching, and year-over-year knowledge progression
• Monitor staff performance, provide recognition and feedback
• Build collaborative internal relationships with Segment and Industry Treasury Sales Team, bankers and other internal partners
• Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner
• Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies
