About the Position
The Learning and Development Facilitator will focus on facilitating engaging classes, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for the learner, evaluating skills and attending to the learner's challenges, organizing training materials and scheduling training sessions, and submitting timely reports to management on progress. Additionally, the L&D Facilitator will work with the Instructional Designer to create live facilitated courses (virtual and in-person), online learning modules, instructor-led training guides, and supporting materials following an instructional design process. This role will use strong interpersonal, written, and multimedia communication skills to bring together text, images, video and audio to communicate and educate COSC employees and other stakeholders.
