Travel Nursing Job Details Employment Type : Travel Nursing RN Location : Gillette, Wyoming (82716) - Wyoming nursing jobs Unit : Maternal Child (Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, Well-Baby, NICU) Shift : 12-hour rotating day / night shifts Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed Contract Duration : 13 weeks (potential to extend) Start Date : October 13, 2025 End Date : January 12, 2026 Flexible Scheduling : Every other weekend and holidays as needed Scrubs Provided Estimated Weekly Salary : $2050 - $2200 RN Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Labor & Delivery RN and Post-Partum nurse (including couplet care) Active Registered Nurse license in Wyoming or compact state (or eligibility for temporary WY RN license) BLS (CPR) certification from American Heart Association NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring certification Experience with Pitocin and / or Magnesium drip administration Proven ability to manage high-risk antenatal and perinatal patients Extensive knowledge of tertiary level maternal fetal medicine Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient and family care in the Maternal Child department Coordinate and delegate unit and patient care activities to other healthcare providers Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure excellence in clinical care Manage laboring patients, including those receiving Pitocin and in active labor Deliver post-partum and couplet care for mothers and newborns Provide care for high-risk patients and participate in quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with Wyoming Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and AWHONN / AAP guidelines Apply now to join our healthcare team and explore rewarding travel nursing jobs in Wyoming!
