A minimum of two years’ experience in a related field and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

About Our Program

Eckerd Connects’ Family Support Services is partnered with the Brevard County School District and local agencies to provide assistance to children and families that are homeless and / or unemployed.  Services include case management, counseling, and parent training services.  Family coaches actively assist families in accessing community resources to secure housing, work skills training programs, employment opportunities, transportation, medical services, and other needs.  These intensive services are aimed at reducing the length of time families remain homeless.  Additionally, case managers working in the school system assist homeless students in maintaining academic performance and participation in extracurricular activities.
