ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re looking for a modern sales leader who combines the discipline of traditional selling with the mindset of a digital growth operator. You’ll lead Xe’s SMB Payments sales team in North America — a group focused on acquiring and growing small and medium-sized businesses through both outbound engagement and digital inbound conversion.
This role is perfect for someone who understands how to build and manage a high-performing sales team, but also knows how to use data, funnel metrics, and digital assets to find and convert high-potential customers.

XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this (Salary Exempt or Non-exempt hourly rate) role ranges from ($115,000USD to $146,000USD). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
