Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to ensure our materials and products move smoothly in and out of our facility. This is a full-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Manager of Property Management.

What You'll Do

• Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving to meet daily deadlines
• Prepare shipments : package, create packing slips, and coordinate with freight carriers
• Verify incoming deliveries, inspect for damage, and follow SEAKR procedures
• Handle materials, customer-owned property, and company capital assets
• Coordinate with Receiving Inspection, Buyers, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain relationships with freight carriers and provide weekly activity reports
• Support quality engineering and program management on shipments

This position will work a day shift on a 9 / 80 schedule : 8 : 00 AM 5 PM MonThurs, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM on working Fridays, with every other Friday off.

Compensation : Base pay range is $22-$26 / hour, depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA. We have a 9 / 80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off.
