Social Media Manager

Job Overview : The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining all social media channels to increase growth and engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Create, manage, and execute the organization's social media content calendar.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content.
• Photo / video shooting and editing as needed.
• Create graphics as needed.
• Create content for social pages.
• Collaborate with external agencies to curate relevant content and expand the organization's social media audience.
• Oversee the design of Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog.
• Coordinate with external agencies to design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
• Promote the ministry through social media channels.
• Develop social media strategies to improve metrics.
• Set KPIs for campaigns and measure performance.
• Track customer engagement and SEO to optimize content.
• Assist the director in managing the social media team workflow.
• Oversee volunteer group management.
• Travel locally, nationally, and internationally as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
