Scope Of The Role

This role will entail the following scope :

• Manage system integrators to deliver all aspects of Automation for Lilly's Kenosha County facility.
• Support key corporate initiatives such as life cycle management, Engineering information management, and cyber security.
• Evaluate new technology and innovation trends leading to the development of proof of concepts and sharing of use cases for application within Lilly.
• Drive automation governance and replication across the Global Parenteral Network and the Global Packaging Network for Filling, Formulation, Autoclaves, Parts washers, Automated Inspection equipment, architecture, and Automation / IT systems and solutions.

In addition, this role will work to optimizes and improve project automation engineering approaches by combining technical expertise, best practices, engineering standards, and project delivery expertise.

This role is based out of our Lilly Kenosha County Facility. 8-hour days - Monday through Friday, overtime and some weekend / holiday may be required for project support. Travel : Domestic and International travel may be required, 25%.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $66,000 - $171,600. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
