Key Responsibilities

Partner with the VP of Distribution to develop and implement distribution strategies

Analyze market feedback to create actionable business strategies for growth

Build and maintain relationships across the distribution chain and support external relationships

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance Distribution

Experience in relationship management and strategic planning

Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Proven track record of driving business results and initiatives

Strong organizational and time management skills
