Job Summary : The school social worker helps to support the emotional, social and academic well-being of students. They provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with a variety of personal issues and help them develop coping skills to manage these challenges. They work with teachers, parents and administrators to develop individualized plans that help students succeed in school. The school social worker is integral to creating a safe and supportive school environment, helping students succeed academically along with developing the emotional and social skills needed to thrive in life.

Benefits :
Schedule : Position begins 2025-2026 school year
Compensation : Per the MDMEA Agreement ($49,755 to $89,405) Commensurate with experience
