Velocity Rail Solutions has been a trusted provider of locomotive fueling services since 1996. We operate under long-term contracts with Class I Railroads, delivering consistent, year-round service using specialized equipment.
This Russell, KY-based position offers local routes, a home daily schedule, reliable weekly pay, guaranteed overtime, and automatic equipment.

- Weekly Pay :
$1,435 most weeks (60 hours)
$1,066 every third week (48 hours)Pay includes time and a half for all hours over 4060-hour weeks include 20 hours of guaranteed overtime

Work safely at all times without incident. You are empowered to STOP work at any time due to unsafe conditions.Safely fuel locomotives on an on-call basis during your scheduled shift — paid for the full 12 hours, regardless of the number of dispatches.Respond promptly to all railroad dispatches to fuel locomotives.Complete accurate diesel accounting paperwork and perform pre- and post-shift vehicle and equipment inspections.Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Follow all customer safety rules and regulations.Report any spills or safety-related incidents immediately.Assist with light maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and work area.Maintain current training, licenses, and certifications.Demonstrate reliability, safety, and professionalism through attendance, communication, and conduct.Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager or Site Leader.Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements, or combined X endorsementTWIC Card RequiredMust be able to work straight overnight shifts, including weekendsMust pass all background checks required by the company, customer, and governmentResponsible for maintaining all required licenses and certificationsMust be able to read, write, and understand EnglishReliable, dependable, and able to work independentlyModerate computer skills requiredPhysical Requirements
