A company is looking for a Workday Enterprise Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in their internal technology team.

Key Responsibilities

Transform business requirements into scalable solution architecture and design specifications

Lead the design and implementation of significant applications and optimize core Workday ERP & HCM applications

Interface with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met in alignment with strategic direction and project expectations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent

10+ years of technology experience with a heavy emphasis on Workday

Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery for various systems

Proven track record as an architect, project manager, or developer

Certificates demonstrating knowledge and competency in relevant areas
