Sales / Customer Service Support Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales / Customer Service Support Specialist in Austin, Texas. In this contract role, you will play a key part in supporting sales processes, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing two days of remote work per week, and includes a comprehensive training program to set you up for success.

Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional support to sales managers by managing customer accounts, coordinating shipments, and handling pricing approvals.

Maintain clear and precise communication with over 100 customers to build and foster strong relationships.

Assist in registering and updating information in company systems and ensure data accuracy.

Manage billing functions and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Utilize CRM systems and other software tools, including Microsoft Excel and SAP, to organize and track data efficiently.

Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support the team's overall success.

Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements :

Experience in customer service or sales support, with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level skills such as data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP for managing customer and sales data.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle inbound calls and email correspondence professionally.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between office and remote work.

Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to a team-oriented culture.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
