Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Are you a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant looking to join a 5-star dental team?

Casper Dental Corp operates multiple high-performing offices across the Dallas Metroplex — and we’re looking for an energetic, team-oriented RDA who’s ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms

Take and process digital x-rays

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Provide excellent patient care and ensure comfort throughout appointments

Support the front office team as needed to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements

Active Texas RDA license

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

1+ year of experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday–Saturday availability preferred
