KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Set tables
- “Pre-bus” tables by clearing empty plates as a guest finishes eating
- Restock server stations
- Clear all silverware, glassware, plates, napkins, etc. after guests finish dining
- Wipe down tables and chairs
- Maintain the efficiency and cleanliness of the dining area and server stations
