About the Role :

Maid in JC, Jersey City’s leading maid service, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our vibrant team.

This role is client and employee-facing, requiring excellent communication skills and a professional, patient demeanor.

You will manage scheduling, support cleaning techs, and ensure smooth operations throughout the day.

Occasionally, you may need to jump in and help our cleaning staff on busy days so a team player mindset is essential!

If you’re skilled at juggling multiple tasks and enjoy staying busy throughout the day, this role is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle Inbound Calls : Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a busy phone line.
  • Scheduling & Quoting : Accurately provide service quotes, schedule appointments, and coordinate with staff.
  • Billing & Payments : Process invoices and apply payments accurately.
  • Jump In When Needed : Be prepared to assist the cleaning staff during busy periods.
  • Driving Support : Step in occasionally when drivers are off.
  • Marketing : Experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual : Spanish fluency is a bonus.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 2-5 years in an office environment.
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with MAC OS and Google Apps.
  • Multi-Tasking : Able to handle multiple tasks and challenges efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Driver’s License : Valid license with a clean record going back 5 years.
  • Positive Attitude : A can-do mindset and a commitment to team success.
  • No Pet Allergies : As we have an pet-friendly policy.
