Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : $600K base plus clear productivity and quality-based incentives

    • Qualifications

  • Degree : MD or DO with completion of an accredited hematology / oncology residency
  • Certifications : Board certified or board eligible in medical oncology or hematology / oncology
  • Licensure : Eligible for Nevada state medical license
  • Skillset : Comfortable managing solid tumors in a community-based setting; hematologic malignancy experience a plus
  • Experience : New grads and experienced radiation oncologists encouraged to apply
  • Sponsorship : J-1 waiver and H-1B visa support considered on a case-by-case basis
