Shift Supervisor Base Operations
Location : Miami, FL (On-site) Pay : $32 / hour Schedule : MonFri, 6 : 00 AM2 : 30 PM or 2 : 00 PM10 : 30 PM Type : Full-time, contract
Overview : We're hiring Shift Supervisors for an on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure vehicles are ready, maintain safety and quality standards, and lead a small team during your shift.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee vehicle logistics, readiness, and service routing
- Manage parts and inventory, keeping accurate documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Support remote site operations as needed
- Act as shift point of contact, resolving issues and promoting team communication
- Coach and train team members, including new hires
- Support data operations, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
