Job Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Charleston will be responsible for :

  • Review project plans, specifications, and client requirements to ensure alignment and resolve discrepancies through RFIs.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, procurement, and related project documentation.
  • Analyze design and shop drawings for schedule and cost impacts.
  • Prepare subcontractor scopes, initiate change orders, and solicit bids.
  • Develop estimates and cost breakdowns for client presentation.
  • Assist with scheduling and track daily production progress

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Charleston should have :

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Proven track record managing commercial projects ranging from $1M to $20M+
  • Proficient in relevant construction management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
