Job descriptionConduct thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, including comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service. Utilize your troubleshooting expertise to swiftly diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems and other essential building equipment. Implement preventative maintenance strategies for HVAC systems to extend their lifespan and ensure peak performance. Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimizing downtime and maximizing guest satisfaction. Assist with a variety of building maintenance tasks, encompassing plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent, to ensure accountability and transparency. Collaborate effectively with fellow maintenance staff and management to identify opportunities for operational improvements. A valid HVAC certification and / or license is essential, reflecting your solid grasp of HVAC principles and systems. Proven mechanical aptitude, with a confident ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and other building mechanical utilities. A basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, allowing for the execution of minor repairs as necessary. Exceptional observational skills to identify issues swiftly, along with the capability to follow detailed instructions for effective repairs and maintenance tasks. Superior organizational abilities, enabling you to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage your time well in a fast-paced environment. Capability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform maintenance activities across diverse weather conditions. Strong verbal communication skills that facilitate interaction with team members, management, and tenants in a professional manner. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, showcasing your expertise. Driver's license with a driving record that allows you to drive company vehicles. Work location will vary from dealership to dealership based on repair requisitions; Cincinati, Dayton, Northern KY. Additional certifications in plumbing, electrical work, or general maintenance are highly valued. Performance Automotive Network is drug-free workplace.
