With 15 locations and counting, we serve commercial, industrial, and residential contractors, facility managers, and OEMs across Northern and Central California. Our specialties include electrical supplies, gear and lighting project management, industrial automation and controls, tools, safety, and specified products.

We’re bold enough to grow, but small enough to care.  We are ALCAL , and we are looking for a  Branch Operations Manager I  who shares that spirit and ready to lead our  Petaluma  team.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead daily branch operations including warehouse, delivery, inventory control, and facility management
• Coach and support your team to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe logistics and fulfillment
• Oversee performance metrics, cost controls, and operational reporting
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on goals and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Drive continuous improvement through training, process oversight, and team development
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and operational excellence.
