Physical Therapist needed for outpatient hospital position in Danielson, CT

13 weeks

40 hours per week, day shifts

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. BS, MS or DPT degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy required.

2. Licensure by the state of Connecticut required.

3. Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

4. Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred.

JOB SUMMARY :

Under the general direction of the Physical Medicine Director organizes and administers prescribed physical therapy programs in an effort to reduce and / or prevent disability to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential.
