Meta is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of GenAI programs by providing leadership, strategic oversight, and operational execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure the efficient execution of GenAI initiatives. GenAI Project Manager, PDO Responsibilities

• Lead and drive planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI project to achieve strategic goals and milestones, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts
• Collaborate closely with GenAI research, engineering, and product teams to align project objectives with broader organizational goals
• Proactively identify project risks, develop and execute mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates clearly
• Guide the work of onshore and offshore vendors to complete data annotation projects
• Create annotation project guidelines and align it with product teams
• Report project progress internally and externally

$93,000 / year to $136,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
