Job description

ChristianaCare is currently a seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Neurology Practice located at 200 Hygeia Drive in Newark, DE. This position is one of a team of seven nurses. In this role, you will be the primary support nurse for our four epilepsy providers and two Advanced Practice Clinicians. You will also provide cross coverage support to other subspecialties within Neurology.

This is a high volume practice with 17 Physicians, 11 Advanced Practice Clinicians, and growing!

  • May also be required to travel to our Wilmington Campus location as needed for coverage.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Monday-Friday, day shift (8am-4 : 30pm preferred)
  • No weekends or holidays
  • POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • Provides triage and patient education
  • Facilitates medication refills
  • Care Coordination
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
  • RN license or eligible for licensure in the state of Delaware.
  • Two years of experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred.
  • BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years.
  • BLS certification required.

    Hourly Pay Range : $38.22 - $61.16

    This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
