xii. Extensions. Member / AHSA agrees NOT to extend an assignment through any other SSP except the originating assignment SSP. In return, SSP agrees to allow a "one-time" $1.00 per hour discount on the normal hourly bill rate. This discount only applies to extensions, regardless of extension length or number of times an assignment is extended.

Billing Note

Normal, On-call Rate : Must be expressed in actual, all-inclusive ($) dollar amount charged per hour

OT, Holiday, Call-back Rate : Must be expressed in terms of multiple of Normal Rate.

Example : Holiday Rate =1.25 (where Normal Rate = 40.00, 1.25 would = 50.00)

Charge Rate : Must be expressed in terms of additional, incremental ($) dollar amount added to the Normal Rate.

Example : Charge Rate = 3.00 (where Normal Rate= 40.00, 3.00 would = 43.00)
